However, I did not get too many responses from the jobs I applied to via VelvetJobs. It's always more helpful to have an "in" at the company you are applying to. The customer service representatives were always attentive and friendly, too.

I find that VelvetJobs was easy to use and I like that I can apply many filters to my results. This saves me a lot of time since I can avoid browsing through listings that do not interest me. I also like that they constantly add new listings--there are new job opportunities every day. I would like to see more listings for small to medium sized companies. I feel that they mostly list large corporations. I am interested in discovering smaller companies that I wouldn't otherwise come across.

The only thing I think Velvet Jobs could improve on is to add more jobs from smaller companies. It is great to see all of the new, for example, Disney jobs, but at the same time, I could also go to Disney website and view the jobs myself. I guess Velvet Jobs makes it easier by saving you searching time, but I would like to see some more jobs from smaller companies. Overall, I would recommend Velvet Jobs!

I really liked the feel and presentation of the jobs on VelvetJobs.com. The website presented jobs to me that I wanted to apply for more than any other job board I was using at the time.
