Bethany was lovely to work with. She was a great sounding board for best practices and strategic decision making in today's job market. I would recommend any job seeker to take advantage of this resource, especially those with more junior work experience.

If you're looking for someone who genuinely cares about your success and offers practical, actionable advice, Amanda is the person to go to. I had the pleasure of working with Amanda, and from the moment I started our sessions, I knew I was in good hands. She is incredibly insightful, empathetic, and truly took the time to understand my unique career goals and challenges. Whether it was refining my resume, improving my interview skills, or navigating a career pivot, her guidance was spot-on. I'm so grateful for her support and can't wait to see where my career goes next with their advice!

Luann was an absolute marvel. She somehow got my resume to one page from 3, and all along the way explained the "why" behind each add and edit. I feel so much more confident about this, my new cover letter and linked in profile that she helped craft. Luann is the skilled and knowledgeable shepherd we all need in this new world of candidate screening. Thank you!

Luann invested the time to review my resume and LinkedIn profile in advance of our first meeting. During our first meeting, she presented a revised resume proposal and a list of suggestions to enhance my LinkedIn profile. Luann shared valuable insights, answered my questions and was always timely in her follow-up. I implemented every one of Luann's suggestions and secured a new role in 6 weeks. I'm convinced that the new format and content in both my resume and LinkedIn profile were key contributors to landing my new opportunity so quickly! Thank you, Luann. Great job!

Luann Horobin was extremely helpful in (1) quickly providing a comprehensive revision of my resume, bringing it up to current expectations for content and length; (2) providing strategies for job searching tailored to my seniority level and salary requirements; and (3) having suggestions for preparation for interviews, including the new digitally recorded ones and the more traditional virtual ones. She continued support as I took on a new position in a new location with strategies on how to supplement that job with consulting and deal with the inevitable layoffs happening at my new company. Experience was from March 2024 through January 2025.
