Instead of shipping products that did not meet our standards, we decided to remake the batch completely, which unfortunately caused major delays and tracking inconsistencies for some customers. Instead of shipping products that did not meet our standards, we decided to remake the entire batch, which unfortunately caused significant shipping delays and tracking inactivity for some orders.
