I ordered a vest and there was a bit…
I ordered a vest and there was a bit delay with my order but only like a week. I contacted VELO about it because I was in a need of the vest for an upcoming marathon race. VELO was super nice and friendly, and they really listen to me and tried to figure out the best solution for me. VELO refunded the shipping payment and I got my vest before the race <3 In the end I don’t care if the parcel wouldn’t have arrived on time what matters is they communicated well with me and did everything to help and find a solution - that’s why 5 stars! Also I love the vest! A bit lose from the back but still fits well <3

Customer service was great and speedy
Customer service was great and speedy, they refunded me the delivery fee as the delivery was delayed. The sunglasses are a good quality.

LOVED! Buy!!!
Took awhile to come but I emailed and they were super nice and refunded me part of my order bc of the delay. They emailed me and made sure my package got here and made it to my house. Great customer service and would 100% recommend. The glasses themselves also look very cool when wearing.

Delivery took some time but the customer service and the product was amazing, absolutely loved it. I would love to buy this product again if needed.

Excellent, above and beyond
I need to start by talking about the excellent costumers service. Experienced a delay with my package delivery, after reaching out Velo team went above and beyond and even followed up when system marked package as delivered. In terms of the product, excellent quality, love the colors and comfort of the glasses. They don’t slip down when running (issue I had with other glasses).

Great glasses, great service
Ordered and it took a while to ship. Reached out and they were upfront about a production issue honestly appreciated the honesty. Got my glasses eventually and I’m obsessed with the quality and style. Took longer than expected but the customer service and transparency make it worth it. Would recommend!
