Ordered in May but haven't got any replies in gmail also as changes in tracking.

I ordered a pair of Velo running sunglasses at the beginning of March. After an unusually long time with no delivery information, I followed them up with emails asking if my order was on the way. I was told there was an error in the batch and they had to remake it, etc but it would still be on the way. I asked if I could get a full refund but they declined and only offered a shipping refund. I was given another tracking number (probably the third one thus far), which is not valid on their tracking website. It is now June, the tracking information is still not there. I have emailed asking what has happened to my order again, and have received no reply. I am disappointed as I was looking forward to getting them and they weren’t that cheap of purchase. I regret purchasing from this site without researching properly and I wouldn’t advise anyone else to make the same mistake

I ordered the sunglasses 2 months ago, due to an inconvenience in production, they didn’t arrive during the promised delivery schedule. I wrote an email to Velo, and they sent me a mail back with an explanation, they were very kind. Meanwhile I received the sunglasses and they look so good and have a very nice quality!! It was worth the wait😎

They are a SCAM. The product is rubbish, I have requested a refund they have never processed. DONT BUY!!!!

Very disappointing experience. I placed my order on March 26th and, after all this time, I still have not received my package. On May 8th, I was told that the order was in the “final stages before leaving the warehouse”, but since then the tracking has never updated and continues to show exactly the same status. It is now impossible to trust the information being provided. I also requested a refund because the delay became completely unacceptable, but I was informed that the order could no longer be cancelled because it was supposedly already in transit. On top of that, they claimed the shipping costs had already been refunded on April 22nd, yet I never received anything and am still waiting for clarification about where that refund was supposedly sent. Communication has been frustrating and inconsistent throughout the entire process. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

I bought 2 pairs of sunglasses and they are perfect, also I had some issues with the delivery and they helped me immediately solving any problem.

Products ordered in March never arrived. "Customer Service" is just AI generated responses with no concrete updates. Ever. Tracking link never updated with product delivery details. Dragging their feet on refund, so I've resorted to a chargeback.
