It’s been 10 days since my order and the status is still not shipped I mailed them today but I got no reply yet

Hi, We are very sorry for the delay and completely understand your frustration. We recently encountered a serious production issue with one of our sunglasses batches during quality control, which forced us to remake the inventory before shipping it out. This caused unusually long delays and limited tracking movement for many customers. All pending orders are currently being dispatched during the week of May 4th, 2026. We have also been offering all affected customers either a refund of shipping costs or a complete cancellation with full refund if preferred.
