Do not order from this company. Placed an order and after several months still no delivery. Tracking details were useless and did not provide an update. Suggest reporting to your bank is no refund provided. I’ve just emailed asking for a refund and waiting to hear back. Very poor service.

The worst online shopping experience I have ever had. My order was placed on 14/6/2026 and delivery update was on 30/6/2026, but now in August I'm still yet to have any updates from both the Yanwen delivery or Velorunning company. The CS IS NOT RESPONDING THE EMAIL. I will call this a spam, a fraud company.
