I ordered from here on December 2nd getting a Christmas gift for my mom. 2 weeks later, I have not received any update regarding the order and I found out it still hasn't even been sent out. Just shows up as "unfulfilled" with no tracking number. No hope of it arriving in time now, and I haven't received any explanation yet for the delays Update: My order was finally shipped out, 16 days after purchase date. Still very disappointed with the speed but better late than never

An absolute scam and joke of a company. I spent well over $100 on two products here. A week went by and I had still not received any information on shipping or the whereabouts of my order. I decided to call only to find out that my order was delayed, yet no one emailed to communicate this..I HAD to call to find this out. The man I spoke completely dismissed my frustration around the company's lack of follow up and communication. It has since been an additional week and I STILL have not received my products OR any type of email communication. Do NOT order from this company unless you like feeling like your money has been stolen from you.

I cannot even begin to express how much of a SCAM this company is. You would think after the amount of money they clearly pour into influencer marketing that they would sort out their customs charges for UK customs... but NO! When you speak to customer service they are nothing but unhelpful (see other reviews below) and dismissive, what happened to the customer comes first?!?! So severely disappointed as I really struggle with my hair and only wanted to try the product to boost my confidence. AVOID. Buy if you dare!

The custom and vat charges are a joke. I am not quite sure how the vat alone ended up being something like £35 when I spent £110 as it should be 20%. I ended up paying £45 custom and vat charges on a £110 order!! Also HMRC does state that there are no custom charges below £139 so they are obviously grossly overestimating the product cost when shipping it and I'm not sure why. To get more compensation in case of losses?? Who knows but what I believe is that they are operating some kind of scam in shipping charges and I for sure will not be ordering again and do not recommend at all.

Same as the other Reviews customs and tax charges so expensive over half the cost of the actual product. When contacted they point out where it is but it doesn’t actually come up when ordering on your mobile and even then it’s still not very clear. It’s not included in their delivery information at all and when you click to go to check out it says it will calculate delivery tax and charges but it doesn’t so it’s deceiving. When contacted about it they were not overly nice about it - it should be so much clearer on their website. Is the product worth the cost when you take into account customs charges etc - no

It’s an absolute scam. Ordering for the UK you have to pay an import tax that they fail to mention anywhere. Plus took over 2 months to get to my local post office. I refused to pay it and am still waiting for a refund.

Didn't have the best experience. Didn't even get my order to leave an actual product review. I ordered the 3 bottle gro+ serums/oil. And not only was the order not shipped/delayed, but not even a single email was sent about the delay. Their customer service put me off.
