Ok, so in late 2019 through the fall of 2020, my hair was shedding a ton and the loss became very noticeable. After a few months of shedding, I tried Vegamour. It did not stop the shedding. After 3 months of use, I called to cancel my recurring order. I told them the hair loss persisted. They told me I had to try the product for at least four months & they gave me a big discount to try another month. I said ok & I tried another month. Still no improvement and my scalp was showing worse at that point. I called to cancel again, telling them my hair was still falling out & they tried the same thing; giving me a discount. I said no BUT they still sent me (and charged me)for an order! I lost approx 30 percent of my hair while on Vegamour. I tried their serum for 5 months. Sadly, I will never get those 5 months back. My hair never grew back in either. I had a full hormone panel & my hormones are good. I saw a derm. Nothing. The only product that stopped the hair loss was the Bondiboost procapil tonic, which I wish had existed sooner (it was a brand new product when I purchased it) I hate Vegamour because they are scammers and a lot of my hair is gone now because of them.

It’s hard for me to give this a bad or good review. I live in a remote part of Canada and still received my items. I had to pay duties and of course the Canadian $ sucks. I’ve been trying the product for a couple months and I haven’t noticed much but the price and shipping is just unrealistic to keep buying to try longer. I called their number and they answered right away and cancelled my auto renew with no hesitation - so customer service was excellent!

I used their hair serum for 3 months as advised and did not see any effect. It also made my hair feel greasy. I then tried to make use of the advertised money back guarantee and emailed them 2x over the course of 2 weeks but never heard back from them. Total scam, will certainly avoid going forward.

Scammers!!!!! Will steal your money then won't respond ship your products and ask you to return their products for a refund, only cancel subscriptions over the phone, don't bother

I’m sure I’m not the only one that complains about the quality of their products. First of all, the order took forever to ship and so when I decided to cancel it, they finally shipped it out (LOL, I felt like even when I wanted to go ahead and cancel it they wouldn’t let me). Then, let’s talk about how it doesn’t work. I was using Phylo serums before I started using Vegamour, and the only thing I changed after I ran out of the Phylo serums was Vegamour. Before my hair wasn’t losing so much, just sometimes very little. But I wanted growth so I wanted to try Vegamour. Well guess what? After 3 months, my hair has been falling as much as it used to before Phylo!!! I even bought satin pillow cases to make sure the serums work the best they can. But like I said, they’re working against what they claim to do (LOL). Finally, the company markets that the serums themselves should show results within 3 months or money back guaranteed. Obviously, nobody should shampoo everyday, and one bottle doesn’t even last you 1 month if used according to instructions and if you wash your hair 2-3 times a week. So if they only allow you 90 days to return the products and supposedly it would show results within 8 weeks according to their claims, it’s not fair for customers because we’re supposed to use it 3 months. You know if they’re so confident their products work, they should be able to refund you without making you have to go through the time and effort of switching your routine for 3 months and pay for a refund shipping fee!

i placed an order on 1st Feb 2021 and still havent received my order. the tracking information claims the parcel is untraceable. i have contacted vegamour but they have stopped responding, they have not sent a replacement or refund. DO NOT FLUSH YOUR MONEY AWAY. they pay influencers for marketing but dont care about customers at all

I haven't received anything yet, I'm really scared to order now with all the bad reviews! The products look so nice! So not sure what to do now!?

Shipping is extremely slow and they make it very difficult to cancel the subscription. Marketing materials state you can cancel any time by going online or calling customer service. However, when you go online to cancel it redirects you to call customer service. After a recorded message saying all deliveries will be delayed, you listen to music for a few minutes and the line disconnects. Very shady business practices- stay away!
