Ordered my 3 serum subscription on February 19th and it arrived February 24th so definitely a lot faster than what others are saying about shipping time! I’m so excited to start using this product as my hair has been thinning and falling a lot due to hormones and stress!

Not a scam I've received my order in London just took a while. I've ordered the hair serum on the 11th of January and received today (the 17th of February) after 2 days that I placed my order I was provided with a tracking number however had to chase twice as it wasn't updating but they did reply within 48 hours. I did not have to pay anything customs fee related once it arrived here in the UK. Can't vouch for the product but wanted to give reassurance that they do deliver you just need to be patient.

If we want something 3 - 4 months later order from vegamour. They continue to use excuses to rationalize a disgraceful shipping timeline. You can legit get custom-made furniture quicker than this joke of a company.

I’ve placed my order end November and it took them a month to process and for them respond. I was then informed it will take another month or more for it to arrive - I’m disappointed by how long this takes so not going to order from them anymore/cancel all future subscriptions. (Also to cancel you have to call them in the U.S..)

Just Horrible.. I ordered the product on Nov 5th, i followed up several times. They always lie that order will be shipped in 24 hours. Neither have i received the product nor the refund. Big Scam.. Please avoid at all costs.

Ordered almost $200 in products on November 30th. Haven't received ANYTHING yet. I had to contact the company, which answered that on the week of December 10th they would be receiving more products. Today is December 22nd and NOTHING. Starting to believe this is a scam.

Awful experience. I placed my order on 27Nov and still haven't received it. I ordered from Uk. If i would have read their reviews before, i would never order. Such a shame and disappointment.
