I didn't care for the smell of the shampoo, and for the cost I better love the smell! So passing on purchasing this again. I so wanted to love it but didn't.

I dont like this brand of shampoo and conditioner at all. My hair is fluffy and dry after using. The conditioner is awful, it makes my hair feel rough and doesnt give that smooth feeling when you use it. I am very disapointed. The shampoo lathers up nicely though and smells like bubblegum

I like the product ok, though it is not revolutionary. The customer service however, is atrocious. I made the mistake of signing up for a subscription. I still had a lot of product left, so when I woke up to an email telling me I had already been charged, but the item had not shipped, I immediately contacted customer service. While I was waiting for a response, I got another email telling me that it had just shipped. I was very upset and finally talked to a person and they accepted a return, but charge $6.95 for the label. I thought it would be ok, because they acted like that was anomaly to not be notified in time to postpone the shipment. Well, several months later, the same thing happened. I woke up to an email telling me that I have been charged, but the item hadn’t shipped. Then I reached out to customer service asked about canceling the order, and then mysteriously got an email telling me that item had just shipped. I went online to cancel my subscription, but surprise surprise there is no way to cancel it online. You have to call customer service number and talk to somebody, which was a waste of my time, but supposedly my subscription is canceled. But after this experience, I’m not doing business with this company ever again.

Shipping took forever even though it cost me $20. It shipped on February 27 and I still have not received my order. Customer service was not helpful and didn't properly read my message before responding. I may updated my review once I receive my product, but considering I had to pay $80+ for this experience, I'm starting off a bad note.

I really like their hair mask, but like other reviewers on here, their subscription plan is fraudulent. I never asked to be subscribed and when I tried to unsubscribe, it wouldn’t allow me to. I tried calling customer service only to get a message someone would get back with me. It never happened. I tried going into my account, got a prompt that said I would get an email to do so…nothing. The product isn’t worth buying from a company that clearly puts making money over customer service and trust.

I tried their serum due to endless ads I see in social media. Apparently, once you buy a bottle, it is a monthly subscription that you can't easily cancel online. You have to call them. Thankfully, I was able to get hold of their customer service and cancelled my subscription. I hope they should stop forcing people for automatic monthly subscription. People will buy more if their product is effective.

I want to like this product but it’s false advertising. if you look up any of the middle ingredients listed ion the back of the Gro plus advanced hair serum you’ll find..carcinogenic ingredients! So they sandwich it between the natural ingredients so once you read the first three lines you think oh it’s organic but it One of the ingredients disodium EDTA can cause breast cancer! So it’s really unfortunate because a lot of our hair, skin& vitamins are not regulated by the FDA so check your ingredients

I have been using the hair serum for 4 months and don't notice any difference ( waste of money) so I changed my subscription, started using their shampoo and conditioner, I have been using for 4 months now and still don't notice any change. The smell is nice and I do Feel my hair is cleaner (doesn't get oily as fast when I used other products), smell is nice too... Overall I am planning on closing my subscription out after I use up all my points.
