Since i started using vegamour I have noticed a significant change in my hair. The growth is slow but i can definately see change in my hair. I see my hair falling out less and areas where it was empty is now filling up

I’ve been using Vega more hair serum for about four months and the reduction in hair fall as well as new hair growth is amazing. My hair looks Fuller shinier and healthier.

I’ve been using Vegamour products for a while now, and they have truly helped my hair journey. I frequently use the hair gummies and the gro serum - noticeable length with consistent use. I’ve tried quite a few products and never seen the results like I’ve experienced with Vegamour. Very satisfied customer!

This company is trash. Their product does not work and should not (I spoke to my doctor about it). After requesting to cancel REPEATEDLY (which you cannot do online - you have to call or email) I still received product twice. The first time my credit card company dealt with it for me. The second time remains unresolved after three months. The second time Vegamour sent Citibank a very official legal looking booklet detailing their terms and conditions. Fortunately I had the emails requesting to cancel (I would not have record had i called them as they want you to do), so I may still get my money back. As of today however, I sent them their trash product that I didn't order back and have yet to receive a refund.

I have one subscription and I added another subscription for a different product using a promo they offered. To my dismay I’ve been charged 3 times and full price. When I reached out to customer service they took no responsibility and blamed me for their screw up, 2 different customer service people. I now have 3 orders coming that I’m stuck paying for. In addition you can’t cancel your subscriptions you have to contact their illustrious customer service. Scam company, fraudulent transactions and they don’t even apologize and try to make it up to the customer. Literally take no responsibility. I doubt they care as evidenced by their behavior but you’ve lost a great customer for life now. Ps. In an email they state they will be charging me to return their item that they sent out to me without my authorization. So not only do I have to pay full price for an item I didn’t buy but they have the audacity to charge me if I return it. SCAM!!!

The worst customer service ever. I subscribed their biotin gummies for 3 months and then cancel for personal reason. I emailed them to cancel it and they didn't, they still shipped it, and charged. They kept saying they couldn't find any order from my account and sending same emails again and again. I went through terrible customer service just to cancel my subscription and return for over a month. It was such an exhausting experience. I will never buy products from them. It's not about their products. It's about their attitude for their customers.

Not worth the money. Product doesn’t work as they advertise. My hair started to fall out even more while using their products especially when I used their scale detoxifying it made my hair fall out like crazy and it was pretty scary. I will never buy or recommend their products to anyone. Sending products back today and hoping I get my money back.

I tried out their products… Shampoo, conditioner, serum, detox cleanser and dry shampoo…nothing really seemed to be working in any noticeable way. Claims need* to use for three months consecutively but I just wasn’t feeling. Had a second shipment and felt weary to continue ordering…began researching for scam and found it very well could be. Couldn’t find a way to cancel subscription online so I called the “number”… Spoke to representative to cancel…when she “confirmed cancellation” the phone go all crackly and I asked her to repeat the confirmation of “canceling”, again when she spoke the phone (again) was “crackling” when she was “confirming” to me….I repeated back saying, “so you can confit will not be billed another billing cycle…” and she said yes then the phone hung up!!!??! I am convinced this site is a freggin scam. Just glad I’m out of it now and not any more orders from now! I will be keeping an eye on any other billi bc s…
