Expensive. Wanted to add a few windows to my door scurity. Told it would cost $60 per window just to install. If you are getting my $50 per month, you would hink insallation of services would be free. Cannot wait to switch.

After having been an ADT customer for some 15 years, I changed to Vector based on an acquaintances recommendation. Everyone at Vector is friendly and efficient and I have had no issues with the installation or monitoring service.

Very professional and knowledgeable and also respectful of my time. Had a great experience and am happy to be getting upgraded security with vector.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. BEEN TRYING FOR WEEKS TO CANCEL MY SERVICE. CONTRACT IS OVER. Started with a dishonest salesman and install tech who told me to tell the people on the phone that the old system was removed before it was, so, it never got removed, its still here. Straight up lied. Never got the 2nd key remote I was sold in the deal either. 3 doors, glass break and fire $50 a month, 5 year contract. Yeah I was stupid. Go compare the same thing at ADT and several more companies for MUCH less. Now I've spent 3 weeks trying to get the "Special" department on the phone who can ensure me that this doesn't auto renew. I've had call after call trying to sell me a 2G to 4G upgrade for a 3 year contract for 3 months. I can reach lots of people who will sell me something but NOT ONE who can ensure me my contract is over. I get transferred all over creation from one department to another. Amazing! Don't go here. Next email is the BBB.

I have been trying to reach someone about getting a certificate to provide my insurance company! I have spent more than 45 minutes dealing with what should be a simple issue. I have been transferred everywhere or the call cut off totally - or no answer at all! This is not the 1st time this has happened! Have been a customer since 2015 will be changing 2016! Will never recommend to even my worst enemy!

I have tried to get help, or even a call back from this company because of beeping that does not quit even after hitting bypass buttons. After 4 calls I finally got someone who could get someone out to help in a week or so! Not helpful at all! I cannot wait to get this company out of my house!

I think the owner is in Florida collecting his dividend check, his son took over the business and doesn't care because his dad made him rich without having to work. Stay away from this company. They're a dinosaur.
