Vault InsuranceReviews of vault.insurance

Vault has been a great home for our clients. We have had multiple clients they have asked to write reviews based on their excellent claims service. Our marketing Rep Rob goes beyond his Job description to help our clients!

Vault is a fantastic company to do business with. Their underwriters are always helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. It feels great to deal with a company that truly wants to write new business and help the agent provide the best coverage for their clients. Their rates are excellent and underwriting guidelines are very reasonable.

Your website is the worst! I have been in the insurance industry for 30 years and worked with multiple companies and websites and your website is not user friendly. It's hard to find the information that you are looking for especially billing information. I find myself having to spend more time clicking on tab after tab to find exactly what I need. You need to redesign your website and make it simple to read and understand. Often times I just get frustrated and send an email to a Vault Rep asking for information or to send me something.

Software is lousy. They started in FL promising great things and that they were there to offer a great alternative to other high value writers then locked us down (declining everything). They have pretty much abandoned the state to concentrate elsewhere. Their underwriting process is too slow. I really don't see the point of them having an excess and surplus side either because they decline everything just like admitted. Not impressed.

Have not had any issues with your company; it's that simple

Any time I call customer service or my underwriter I'm able to get my issue resolved. Everyone is helpful and efficient and always willing to help and get the customer taken care of. Ashley Tousignant goes out of her way to help and always answers questions in a timely manner. It's a pleasure working with Ashley and all the customer service staff that are always helpful.

You used to be hungry to write new business and the turnaround to get quotes back was responsive from underwriting. No longer the case. Rob Vitaglione is exceptional and without him, I think you would be lost and I would not submit new business to Vault. He goes out of his way to help and be creative in looking at opportunities. He is over-worked and does not get the support he or I need. You are changing underwriters on us again and this slows the process down greatly.

Linda has been so nice to work with. Her knowledge and ability to look at every risk is really appreciated from someone in the trenches trying to write business. I really appreciate all the support from you guys!
