I like the simple setup after I bought the first one I ordered a 2nd one I have one set up English to spanish and the other set up spanish to english now I can have a conversation with my employees also your fast shipping I have already recommended your product to other people

Need more work
Your service is excellent, except one of your emails didn't give me a tracking number. For the price, the quality of the product is above satisfactory not excellent. I even bought a cheaper version(10x lower), using an earbud with charger. It's not as great in quality but the functionality is useable. I think that is why you're not selling as much.

Great unit and will be buying the ear piece ones as well
I like the overall performance of the unit. The translation is quick as long as you are connected. I would love to have more voice pronunciations but it makes my reading faster to it works for me. The only feature I wish I had was to choose the languages I want to use only rather than having to scroll through all to find the one I want. I’m learning 7 languages so it only keeps a limited amount on top. It’s not a deal breaker. I love the unit and have already shared the contact information for the unit with several people.

We develop remote control with China
We develop remote control with China, but Chinese engineers cannot speak English, so we spent a lot of time developing it. However, we are using Vasco products and discussing each other quickly.

IT WORKS
IT WORKS I WAS SURPRISED THAT IT WOULD NOT WORK IN A RESTAURANT IN COLOMBIA. I GOT A MESSAGE SAYING IT NEEDED INTERNET. THE REASON I PURCHASED THIS DEVICE IS THAT IT CAN BE USED ANYWHERE WITHOUT ME SIGNING ON TO A SERVICE.
