Hello Stephen. Thank you for sharing your experience. Let me start with the translation accuracy. As it is essential for us to keep the best quality, we always take such opinions very seriously. This message will be forwarded to our linguistics to make immediate tests and check why you didn't get accurate translations. The battery should work up to 2 or 3 days when used regularly but not constantly. If your battery is weaker, we should look closer at your device to ensure it works correctly. When it comes to Internet connection, the signal may be weaker in remote places where our operators do not have good coverage. We constantly work on getting more suppliers to offer even better coverage in every 200 countries.
