Decepcionado sobre todo por la asistencia
Hola, soy José Ramón pertenezco al cuerpo diplomático y mi experiencia es totalmente negativa en cuanto a que el aparato no conecta y sobre todo a que en las comunicaciones para la asistencia técnica o atención al cliente es totalmente inútil, donde estamos totalmente desasistidos, confié en el V4, y me estoy arrepintiendo de ello, Saludos

Not what I expected.
It wasn't what I expected. Number one, when you suddenly need a quick translation, you have to turn it on an wait for about 30 seconds for it to except your input. The moment has passed by that time. It doesn't pickup well with background noise. Basically it didn't work well for my application. I purchased three. One for two relatives so, while on vacation we could all chat in English and Spanish. It was to cumbersome and time consuming so we returned to Spanglish and body language. I wouldn't by them again.

Hello! We are sorry to hear that the device didn't provide you exactly what you needed. The turning-on time depends on whether your device was just sleeping or turned off. In the first case, the waiting time shouldn't be longer than a few seconds. If you had your device turned off, then in fact it could take up to 30 seconds to turn it on. For multilingual conversations, we recommend using the GroupChat feature, where multiple devices can be connected in one conversation. Using that feature makes it easier as you don't have to switch between languages, as every user has their language set on their devices. Not worth it
This translator doesn’t hold charge, the translation capabilities are marginal. If there are any type of noise, it will not work at all. The push buttons are cheap.

Just received it
Just received it. These features are not intuitive. I am trying to figure out the conversational mode. I also am trying to figure out how to have the pinyin appear on the screen. Can it? I am also trying to figure out how to slow the speed of pronounciation.

Hello! Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry, but Vasco Translator V4 doesn't offer pinyin, only non-romanized Chinese. But you can set the translation from Chinese to English and have everything translated. The option to slow down the translation is available in Settings -> System -> Volume icon.
