VASA FitnessReviews of vasafitness.com

Vasa is the worst gym I have ever had the displeasure of being a member of. Customer service at each location that I have been to is atrocious, and the main corporate office is even worse. I recommend literally any other gym. Do not give these guys your hard earned money.

Very dirty Gym. They let basic memers still use the wet are, because they do not check. Poorly designed wet are. No hairdryer in womans locker. No rinse off shower in wet area. Wirldpool dirty. Sauna only has smal 2nd shelf. Steamroom only has 1seating area.

I signed up for a trainer. At $35 for half hour, I think that is robbery. The trainer staff has conflicts amongst each other and are really just trying to get as many people through as they can. I am on my third trainer now because of schedule. I want a certain time and they don't have a trainer available at that time so i have to go by their schedule. To me that is not customer service. I am a paying customer and should NOT have to got by their schedule. They aren't paying me to come in at a time that is convenient for them. This company feels like a big corporation- and everyone that gets a trainer has the same basic exercises. So you don't really get the full detail of what your individual needs are, and especially if you have major concerns from previous injuries. The amenities and classes they offer are good however my location has one yes just one open class of Zumba on Sunday's. and no pool classes. The six month obligation i have with them will cost me over 2 grand and I don't really see a big difference in my over-all physical state. I feel good physically but have experienced that same feeling with a $70 a month membership to a hot yoga studio. Can't wait to get back to that.

Vasa Fitness just stole $200 out of my bank account after I signed up for a free 30 day trial. Please don’t trust these crooks! BBB and my bank have been notified!!!

Vasa is one of the worst gyms in the area. The staff is not friendly, the equipment is in disrepair, and trying to work with the company in general sucks. I was a grandfathered member from lifestyles fitness years ago. I believe they targeted those members as we didn’t pay the normal monthly fees to get rid of them. I am disabled, and was kicked out in a claim that said I was training people, without proof. Even the main office didn’t care. Yet I watched others with full membership training others all the time. The trainers themselves don’t care about the clientele. Are non helpful. I would not not would I ever recommend VASA as the place to go

I signed up to go to vasa and was in an auto accident the next week after signing up. I call them and the person said I cannot cancel however I can put my account on hold for 6 mos. When the 6 mos were up they were calling me for payment and I told them I could not use the service still. They said there was nothing I could do about it and are charging me 280.00 for something I have never even used....

It's actually a 0 in my books. They kept texting me saying I missed my payment so I'd go in and show them my bank statement showing they clearly took money out. They slammed my good credit. Not only that they said after the first 6 months they have a zero cancellation fee. So I went in to cancel after they said I missed another payment but it wasn't missed because they had clearly charged my account. So I went on there website to cancel and the only way I could cancel is to pay a 25 dollar cancellation fee. But I've been a member for over a year so don't get a membership unless you feel like you want to get harassed. Nothing but a headache

I finally got to enjoy going to Vasa Fitness on Cheyenne Mt. however I have an alert to women who shower and their premises: there is a woman STEALING things from people while they are in the shower. This is the second time that I have stuff stolen there. This afternoon I was alone in the women’s bathroom taking a shower and I trusted that my glasses, my facial creams etc were safe outside of the locker. When I finished my shower and went to use my stuff a woman must have entered the premises and took BELIEVE IT OR NOT my deodorant (Dove) used 😱 how disgusting is that to steal someone’s used deodorant?!and a liquid floral bottle I use to Oz with my facial moisturizer. Ladies be aware of this. The first time someone stole something from me there it was a big bottle of a Nivea body wash. THIS IS TRULY DISGUSTING that people steal things from other patrons. Whoever you are I will get you someday!
