I had a closed 24HR fitness member and when the closed they transferred memberships to VASA fitness. My membership was started up again even though it was cancelled with 24 and I am in Afghanistan. Vasa opened an account in my name and started charging me money. When I realized it they said I couldn’t have a refund because it was in 24hr fitnesses policy. So you are telling me it was in their policy to open closed accounts of deployed soldiers and start charging them money. Vasa is unethical, shady, and immoral. Stay far far away from the money grubbing scammer of a company. EDIT: After two weeks I was finally refunded my money. I’m still mad an account got created and I got charged without my consent. And that they wouldn’t refund me until I had to escalate the matter. But they did eventually give me my money back. I still think they are shady company.

My son has aspergers syndrome and has had a membership with Vasa for a few years but rarely used it because it was way too crowded and he is very shy. In that time he has never missed a payment. He has not used it at all this year and so I took him there to help him cancel his membership and they said they couldn't do it at the counter and that we would have to go back home and take care of it on line. We came back home and the only way it would let us cancel was to pay another yearly membership fee which is not supposed to be due till next month! I then called the number that was on the website and was put on hold for over 2 hours until I finally hung up. What a fraudulent company!!

They could write a book on how to lose customers through a pandemic by charging them every hidden fee and for months not used (because... corona).... instead of just working with peopleand holding their membership. Honestly have been the worst

Only way to cancel your membership is to call their support phone number. what happens if their support doesnt pick up? well after 30 min of hold time your call is disconnected with no option to leave a voice message What hapepns if I can't leave a VM to cancel my membership? well they send your info to collections and ding your credit till you can pay all your late fee's and built up monthly memberships horrible gym. go somewhere else. they couldnt care less about you, just looking for your wallet.

Due to the coronavirus they have been closed, and even though they just opened, they are open at a limited capacity. Due to this, my family decided to cancel. When we started this program, we were told that there would not be a cancellation fee after we were members for 6 months. We have now been members for over a year and a half, and when I went to cancel, they charged me $19.99 a person to cancel. I wrote them an email explaining all this, and all I got back was a reply on how to cancel and that you have to give a 30 day notice to cancel, which is why they charged the $19.99 each. This does not make sense when they have not been open and were not charging us because they weren't open. Furthermore, they have only been open for 3 days now, and are no longer offering all the amenities that I originally agreed to, so they should not be charging for something they cannot supply. BEWARE!!! DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS GYM, THEIR MEMBERSHIP IS NOT WHAT THEY SAY IT IS.

Charged account without notice after pandemic. Caught the charge the day of and still refuses to refund and added extra charges. Never coming here again and never recommending it to anyone.

Just because of an employee named Johnny at the grant location in Tucson, Az, I will tell everyone I know that Vasa is the best gym I have ever experienced! I had just signed up about a week before I got myself locked out of my car, when this employee went above and beyond to help me out. The gym is also spacious, clean, and has everything you need!
