I bought an item a week ago and I'm still waiting for the shipment. Also, I've sent a lot of emails to them asking about the order and they never answered me. Now I'm not sure how many days I should wait before cancel my order because, without answer of them how can I know if they will send me the item or not? I changed the calification because after a week they sent me the item and I got it a week later. The item arrived in excellent condition and packaging

Ordered a Innokin Endura T22 on Friday evening, On Monday the order was marked complete in which I of course freaked out because I definitely had not received it. So I clicked my order to see what the heck was going on and saw a tab named "Tracking" and poof it is enroute via USPS. Got it today it is Wednesday. It was authentic (Innokin has a cool verification system). The only thing I can complain is the complete thing will throw ppl for a loop and cause unnecessary stress for us your customers. And AND it wasn't sent FEDEX like it said it was sent us postal mail, for me that is no issue not a huge fan of fedex, but to some it might be and one more thing don't hide the tracking info inside of the order invoice section I only found it because I freaked out and when I freak out I click everything pertaining to my order to see what is going on.

I ordered an item 3.5 weeks ago. They sent me an order confirmation and then a tracking number, and changed the status of the order on their website to "complete". after one week. I had to submit feedback to the company to find out the status of my order. They delayed shipping the item for 2 weeks, which is why I can't give them 5 stars. However, they did eventually write me back and apologize for the order problems. I received the complete order today, and the item is in excellent condition (seems brand new) and they even included the free gift that they promised. After initial frustration with this company, they salvaged their reputation in my book!

I ordered a Wismec Reuleaux RX200s 6 days ago and have yet to receive a shipping confirmation. No response to any of my several emails and noone answers theur phones. What kind of company is this? Some fat guy living in mommy's basement? Finish your pie fat guy and send me my product! One more day and I'm disputing the charge with Paypal and my Bank. Ridiculous and disrespectful. They could at least answer their emails or send the product you order. That would be much better. To actually get what you pay for. Unprofessional, that's what they are and should be shut down.

I wish I had found TrustPilot before ordering from Vapor Seller as it would have spared me a lot of anger, considering that my experience with them matches so many of the negative reviews I just now read. I don’t like giving negative feedback but my hope in writing this one is to prevent another frustrating experience for someone out there wanting to purchase from this questionable company.. On 06/21/2016 I ordered an item that arrived 9 days later. This item was so poorly manufactured that it broke at 332F on its first trial. I was lucky that my face was no where near the device when the glass part around the heating element cracked and exploded. I contacted customer service several times - virtually impossible to get someone on the phone and you can't leave a message - before receiving a response. They expected me to pay for return shipping which is outrageous considering that I was sold a faulty product. Finally got someone on the phone, insisted on having them pay for return shipping and specifically asked for my money back, as I was not interested in a replacement of a NON SAFE device. I was told by customer service that my money would be refunded upon receiving the return item. Sent item back, waited the full 8 business days as advised yet still no refund. Contacted seller today on 07/19/2016, asking about where my refund was and was given the tracking number for a replacement item. What?? What don’t they get? Note: The tracking number was issued today, which means no item is on its way yet and that leaves room for many conclusions. Is Vapor Seller a serious e-commerce company that just cultivates poor customer service ? I’ll stay clear of insults when it comes to Vapor Seller but I highly recommend you not omit the negative reviews written here about VS from frustrated customers like me. I will never purchase from them again but will gladly pay a little more for service that honors its customers and deals in quality merchandise. Update 08/08/16 The replacement item was successfully cancelled and I was refunded. However the refund deducted shipping costs to my disadvantage, the odd sum of $14.03. I contacted customer service again, as it made no sense to me why I should be paying the shipping costs (of which there weren't any to begin with) of a faulty item. As expected, there was no response. At this point I have involved Paypal and the dispute has been escalated to a claim, as Vapor Seller remains unresponsive. How do businesses like these survive?

this is the second time I have bought whips and the service and shipping is fantastic,have no complaints at all.

I would recommend this store to anyone looking for good prices on vaping stuff! They were quick and kind and they ship fast can't wait to get my vape!
