Great customer service! Friendly and accommodating. This is coming from someone who has worked in customer service for over 15 years. Thank you Vaporseller.com! Whenever I need something, I'll be checking this site out first.

They sold me a battery which is advertised (to this day) as available. I received a confirmation email stating the norm (it will be shipped in 2-3 business days, etc). I waited and waited. NO ITEM NO EMAIL. After emailing them, they claim that the battery is on "back order" but will not remove it from the website (or at least inform customers that it is out of stock). I purchased this battery with no idea it was on back order until the payment went through (what a coincidence). All I want is the item I paid for or my money back. Still, my refund has to be under review while the item i purchased is still being advertised for buyers like me to purchase. UPDATE: Along with countless reviews on this website, my review was flagged by vaporseller.com. First they claimed I was never a customer, then they claimed that my statements were "defamatory". I was simply calling a spade a spade. A company that does not have the products in stock and simply wants you to make a blind purchase is very, very suspect. And I am clearly not the only one who feels this way. Still, I had to remove certain "statements" from my review above. For the record, I didn't swear or use any obscene language. I simply wrote what happened. And truthfully, I don't mind having to edit my review because it gave me the opportunity to include the incident which occurred after I posted this review... ***Before I purchase anything online, I check reviews of the company but I didn't check this site until after my purchase. Every review I found at the time of vaporseller.com were great...NOW I know why... They offer "free gifts" if you'll remove your review. And if that doesn't work, they'll flag your review and hassle the website you posted it on. (Anything to keep the truth from coming out.) They DAY AFTER I posted my review, an employee at vaporseller.com called me and offered me a "free gift" IF I would remove my review from trustpilot.com. I told him I would not remove my review unless I received the item that I PURCHASED and that THEY advertised as being available. He was very rude, but I held my own and he promised me the item would be back in stock in "a week". WEEKS went by with no follow up from them. I had to email them several times and as I predicted- NO ITEM. So I called them and asked for a refund. Again, he was rude. But he sent me an email confirming my refund. Predictably, however, I didn't receive an actual refund until much later. I stand by what I wrote. The whole point of trustpilot is for people to write real, honest reviews of a company, especially if they do things like this. They are selling items they can not deliver. I can only speculate why they would want my business (with all of my information) when they don't have what I paid for. I'll leave that up to you to ponder (since I can't say it here).

I ordered the Sigelei 150 watt box and it is the best thing I've ever purchased. Now I can vape on a higher wattage and it's such a great quality! I would highly recommend purchasing stuff from this website.

After doing much research on what vape I wanted and where the best price was I landed on vaporseller.com. I then placed my order without putting in my coupon code because i'm an idiot. i chatted with Nick after purchasing and he went to the trouble of refunding a portion of my order so that it was just as if I had not been an idiot and had put in my coupon code in the first place. i could not be a happier customer and I will definitely be coming back to vaporseller.com for my vapor needs

After my warranty had well expired the unit did develop a problem. It would be desirable, for a fee of course, if they provided a repair service. But that's quibbling.

These people have horrible customer service on their poorly 'Made In China' vape machines. Good luck getting a refund. STAY CLEAR~!
