I ordered TFV8 coils, almost 2 weeks later I got one coil. And so I called them and they told me to send a picture of my order that I have received to a certain email address.. so I did that that was a week ago and nobody has contacted me about the rest of my order in which they are supposed to ship out. Poor customer service and wait to long for flippin shipping, I needed my coils within the freaking month. update: so I finally got my coils and they actually spent me 5 coils instead of 4 coils....well that made me very happy and the women on the phone that I kept in contact with about my order was always very helpful and she told me it's the other wearhouse that was messing up the orders. so ...all in all ....I got my produce plus one extra coil but it took nearly a month. and I was not paid in anyway to say anything on this post.

Pros: - Have the best prices online for Magic Flight Box kits. - Vapor Seller was very proactive with calling me multiple times because the vaporizer I ordered was out of stock, and they wanted to see if I wanted a different wood or design. Cons: - Even though the item I ordered is out of stock and thus hasn't shipped, I just noticed I was charged by Vapor Seller for the item.

Ordered a vape, received an email the next day indicating the item was out of stock w/ no window of when it'd be back. On the plus side I was offered a free grinder for my troubles, but I don't have anything to put the ground material in.

I placed an order at 0957 and by the end of the day packaged not shipped, and now I must wait for the weekend to pass before it gets started. This would not happen to my customers.

They shipped me the wrong item and didn't offer to pay for return shipping.

Confused as to why I am getting a review request. My product was ordered, paid in full with expedited shipping payment.. and I keep getting emails saying it's back ordered and will ship soon. When I request to cancel my order, someone responds (or I get this email with a review request) that it will be shipped soon. I don't need it to ship soon, I need it to ship 2 weeks ago. It was a gift. Don't bother sending me a free grinder or cleaning product- I just want to $200 product that I already paid for. Thanks!

Update: 5/25/14 - My original review is below. I would have kept that review, but things have not moved forward. I originally purchased this on 5/3/14 so that I could use it on my birthday, 5/26. From the original purchase, it said it would ship between 1-2 days and that I would receive an email to track my order. The date is currently 5/25/14 and I have not received the product ordered, or even an email saying it has been shipped. On May 15th I sent an email asking if there was an update on my order; I have not even received a response to that yet. The free grinder for originally doing this survey has been received before the order I actually paid for. Due to other reviews saying how legit this site is, I believe this is likely a slip up that just needs to be corrected. If I do not hear anything soon thoguh I will file a fraud report with my credit card. I purchased this because I knew exactly what I was ordering and what would be included. Other sites were vague as to what would be included. Having the best price didn't hurt either. I am not too concerned with the shipping time frame; the cost makes it a value purchase even if it takes two weeks to get here.
