good honest people helping the Vape community keep it up good hopes and fair wishes from Chucky

I also got the wrong color Alien but they sent LG batteries instead of the Samsung that I ordered. Not well enough versed in the vaping world to know if that's a wash. The color wasn't a huge issue to me, just picked the one I did so it would match my phone. Other than that, the device is the same. I wasn't made aware of any back order situation until I contacted them for a status update either...but their response to my inquiry was fast and apologetic.

The experience was a good one. Their selection was great, shipping was quick , and they even resolved a small issue very quickly and professionally. Will definitely be doing business with them again!

First of let me say the product is of very good quality especially for the price I paid! But what really did it for me was how fast they respond to any question you have. They respond in a matter of minutes not hours not days but minutes! What also did it for me was the fact they have recommendations below the product you are buying so you don't have to wonder what type of batteries to get (in my case) but those also ship in the same package as your product! I couldn't log into my account on there site but they reassured me my package was on the way, tracking number and company delivering! For first time buyers such as myself I will tell you don't be afraid to go big or spend a little extra cash because it is well worth it! 5 stars to this company keep up the good work fellas!

So I was a bit sceptical ordering from someone I have never heard of. I ordered a mod that the said that they had in stock but they didn't. Here is where the great customer service comes into play . They contacted me (while they were in the middle of freaking hurricane) and told me that they would completely me for a mod that was better than. The one I ordered. Great people great price and a great buy.

CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS AWESOME , HOWEVER THEIR CHAT REP TYLER WAS A JERK, COULDN'T TELL THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A CONFIRMATION OF ACCOUNT AND CONFIRMATION OF A SHIPMENT, TOTALLY CUT ME OFF WITH NOT RESOLVE, CONTACTED IN HOUSE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP THEY HANDLE EVERYTHING AND EVEN SWITCHED OUT A TANK FOR ME.. WILL BUY FROM AGAIN..

The devise was great the shipping was fast the mod I bought is great the price was30 dollars less then the local vape store would recommend them too all

I was losing my mind trying to find a specific item. Then I found, Vapor Seller. They had what I was looking for and it was in stock. They didn't hesitate to price match me to a better deal without me even asking. In a couple of short emails, my product is on the way at a great price and arriving in less than a week for FREE! What else could you possibly ask for from a company. I recommend, Vapor Seller to everyone! Hands down. Mahalo, Vapor Seller! I shall be dealing with you exclusively from here on out. You have made a loyal customer of me.
