This company is irresponsible and uses illegal tactics to try and get you the poor consumer to continue to waste your money. I bought product from them a couple years back, had issues, was told to go screw myself basically, and then they had my review taken down because it was too honest. So here I am, leaving another negative review. The customer service is nonexistent, and they will harass you if you leave a legitimate review for their awful company.Notice how none of the negative reviews are verified purchases. Also this review website, initials TP, they allow the company to bully the reviewers. It is incorrigible. Also here is my proof of purchase, order number and all... Purchased a tesla stealth 100w and received a defective unit. Emailed vaporseller right away and found my account was deleted. They emailed me back, telling me to start an rma to return unit in which My login was denied. They give you the run around. I ended up throwing the mod away and figuring they dont need customers. Will purchase mod somewhere else

I ordered replacement part for hotbox 01/03/2017, today is 01/09/2017 and I have received nothing and no contact from company. Next day shipping is bull oney apparently, dont order unless you like to wait till ????? to use your new toy. I would much rather have paid more and actually gotten my stuff than order and wait till ?????? Company gets a big brown frown from me, no stars. Then they try to hide all these bad service reviews by claiming no record of it despite them sending me a confirmation number. With all these shady reviews and other reputable businesses available do you really want to chance it?

We ordered a Volcano on 12/22 and paid extra for two day shipping. The order never arrived and although I called and left a voice message, emailed them directly and contacted them through their website I never received a response. Instead over a week after we placed the order, they sent an invoice showing the charge did not go through (in other words we were not getting the device). Out of good faith we decided to give them one more chance, which put us back in the same position. Our order was placed 12/30 and we never received any kind of shipment confirmation or communication at all. We were afraid to cancel the order, as we knew we would not receive a response to our request. We decided t post a review after reading what others had to say, hoping that this might encourage the company to communicate with us. Then suddenly on 1/10 in spite of never receiving communication or a shipment confirmation, we received our order. It was in good shape and exactly as expected, however there was not an invoice in the box or any kind of a shipping slip. Due to the lack of communication, we would not order from this company again nor could we recommend them to others. Unfortunately vaporseller has not provided proof of thieir claimed responses. My review was honest and had to be verified through Trustpilot. The lack of communication is even more confusing when I see how quickly they will respond to a poor review. I can also see other reviews mentioning this poor communication.

My initial review was a 1 star. I then had to change my review to a 5 star before they would send my product. After editing the review my order had still not been shipped so I contacted them again. Another rude customer service guy acted like I shouldn't be calling and bothering him. I have this call recorded. I finally received my Smok Kooper Knight Vape Box and they shipped the wrong color. I will just save myself the headache of returning and be thankful I received anything at all. These guys operate under the parent company Namaste Technologies Inc. Who I will be contacting as well. I've taken screen shots of my order and recorded the ridiculous phone conversations I had with these folks. DO NOT BUY FROM Vaporseller.com. Go ahead and flag this guys I can quickly prove it accurate and true.

I purchase a Snow Wolf online from this merchant. It worked for less than 3 days. They would not let me return it even though their return policy on the website said that I could return it for 7 days. They said that I had to return it to the manufacturer. I paid to ship it to the manufacturer and a week later, the manufacturer called me to tell me they couldn't fix it as it was a knockoff! Don't throw your money away!

I would give zero stars if it were available. I placed an order in November as a Christmas gift. After waiting several days, I emailed to check on the hold up. Apparently if it doesn't come after 3 days, it's not going to come. I received nothing notifying me of this until their reply to my inquiry. I have yet to receive a refund even though they state refunds are issued within 24-72 hours. I've been waiting over two weeks for my money back. Apparently, it is their practice to sell products that are not in stock and then keep your money. Very inconvenient that I ordered this as a gift and was left scrambling trying to find a reputable company in time for Christmas. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Horrible customer service.

I ordered a Snow Wolf 200W last week and 2 days after I received it, it stopped working. I vaporseller and until I pushed for an answer, I heard nothing back. When they did get back to me, this was their reply: "I already put the request in for the RMA and it was rejected. You need to contact the manufacturer about this issue. Everyone has such a huge misconception that just because they bought the product from us, we're responsible for what happens to the manufacturer products. We just sell them. We only warranty a few items in-house and those are the product we manufacture, for example, the Crafty and Mighty. Also, the Grizzly GURU. Please contact the manufacturer for any faulty product issues." Their "return policy" is NOT what they claim on their site. In the end, I have $100 less than before and a useless Snow Wolf. Thanks a lot!
