The class was fine but the hours credit and lack of help getting the hours reported to TREC is horrendous! Calls, emails etc have all been without results!!

The course is user friendly, priced well. I do the course whenever I have some time...

I found it challenging to go to links and other resources offered in the course and get back to the course in progress without having to restart the course. Very cumbersome and took more than the suggested time for the course and Exam.
Response from VanEd - Real Estate SchoolMar 27, 2026
We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We're sorry you had difficulty navigating the course links and resuming your progress. We'll review this to improve the course's navigation.

Since incorporating with 360 training experience (20 years on my behalf) has been really bad. The 24-48 hour response time doesn’t exist. Agree with others saying it takes forever to get certificate’s. Communicating with customer service is almost incoherent. What was once reliable , efficient and easy is now the opposite. Marketing seems ok as I get lots of email to purchase courses. Log in takes several attempts.
