First time taking an online class that has the timer on it. It took me almost 4 hours to complete a 2 hour class due to timer on slide. Horrible
Response from VanEd - Real Estate SchoolApr 21, 2026
We appreciate you sharing your experience. We're sorry the timer in the online class caused it to take longer than expected. We'll review this to improve our courses.

The information was complete and easy to follow. There was just enough repetition to emphasize a point so that I was well prepared for the examination. Good outline and course material

One of the worst online courses I've experienced since the Pandemic. Some multiple choices questions listed the same answers twice in the same question. (What???) I couldn't scroll through missed questions to see what I did wrong because the url failed, and it made me start the test all over again. I had to log back in five times. I'm still not sure of some of what I got wrong. This "3-hour" course took me 4-1/2 hours to get through.

Not very user friendly; confusing and the certificate doesn’t look good nor does it state how many hours you gained with the class.
Response from VanEd - Real Estate SchoolMar 27, 2026
We appreciate your feedback and apologize that our course was confusing and the certificate unsatisfactory. We'll review your comments to improve our user experience.

Very easy to stop and start. Having to listen to the audio before moving on to the next slide is a big negative. Content is good, but a little boring, which I am not sure you can do anything about.
