The screen would not proceed after a slide. I spent well over an hour attempting to fix the glitch. They suggested I try a different browser, which did eventually work, but it backed me up 30 screens that I had to re-read. The amount of time required on each screen is far too long. I spent so much time after reading to sit there and wait for the time to expire before it would allow you to move on with the lesson.

It was old information. You should let students know before they pay for this that some of the important information is over three years old. Also, it took me 14 hours to complete the six-hour course, and I have four college degrees!

The tests were too long and difficult. I passed each one the first time thou. The constant verification process was annoying. Honestly it is easier to attend a local class in person on Omaha.

Test questions were inaccurate and do not reflect current laws accurately. Major operators like "at least" or "at most" were swapped, which are crucial differences. Whoever built the questions did not have attention to detail.

Frozen pages, links don't work, directions vary as to actions on the page, timing wonky. i silenced the audio, read the content. had to wait for next page while timer counted down. Called customer service 3 times. Closed on weekends, hours limited. Service was mediocre, solutions difficult to provide. Ultimately took me about 5.75 hours screentime to get through. Will not be attending on-demand Colorado ACU from VanEd in the future.

The real estate course content was very easy for me to get through, which concerned me but I stayed the course. I actually finished “too early” and had to review the content before I was able to access my test and certificate. After finishing the course content (twice) and reviewing books specifically for MO real estate courses, I still failed my national and MO real estate test. I can’t “blame” Van Ed, as I did seek out other resources before taking my test, but I would recommend to anyone pursuing a career in real estate to not purchase Van Ed courses. I didn’t find any of the content helpful ( especially the vast amount of history relating to real estate laws). It was very disappointing to spend months and months on learning to only feel vastly unprepared when taking the test. I would definitely look for courses with more challenging content that is similar to the structure/content of the actual real estate exam. Van Ed offers a very simple outline containing basic vocabulary terms and basic math equations, but the actual test requires much more than “basic” knowledge.

Half way through my class it would not move on. It told me to register for a contract course which I did when I went to go back to class it would not accept my answer and would not move on. Also class said 4 credits so around 4 hours I moved pretty quickly and read everything it took 6.6 hours. And the first shot was 3.46 hours. And I had resume the next day. Missed a day of my vacation

I was taking my final exam and was on question 23, went to submit for the next question and the screen "timed out." I had about 93 mins left. I had to start the exam all over which was very frustrating. Also, the amount of reading material for a 6 hr. course was more like a 10 hr course.
