I did the level up 1-1 coaching and its 100% worth the money. Chandler is the real deal and getting access to his experience is the short cut up the ladder. Highly recommend.

Fantastic team for any new wholesale operators who don’t have a team in place. Niko and his team will help build the necessary foundation to scale and grow your company.

Honestly just grateful for Chandler, Nikko, Braden, Corral and all team. These guys are always there whenever I need anything. No hesitation. And the knowledge they share, not just about wholesaling, but about business, management, how to think, it's the kind of stuff that really helps. I came in learning real estate and walked away with a whole different mindset. Thank you guys for real. You don't know how much it means.

I’ll be honest — I was hesitant to join at first. I’ve seen so many programs promising success in wholesaling real estate that I was skeptical about whether this would actually be different. I didn’t want to invest time and money into something that would overpromise and underdeliver. But after taking the leap, I can confidently say it exceeded every expectation I had. From day one, it was clear this wasn’t just another course. The focus on building a strong core foundation in wholesaling real estate really stood out. Instead of just teaching surface-level tactics, the program breaks everything down step-by-step — from understanding the fundamentals to building systems that actually create long-term success. It gave me clarity and confidence instead of confusion and overwhelm. What truly makes this company special, though, is the community. The support, accountability, and collaboration inside the group are incredible. It doesn’t feel competitive or transactional — it feels like everyone genuinely wants to see each other win. That kind of environment is rare, and it makes a huge difference when you’re building something new. And Chandler, the owner, genuinely cares. You can tell this isn’t just a business to him — it’s a mission. He’s involved, accessible, and committed to making sure people understand the material and actually apply it. That leadership sets the tone for the entire community. If you’re on the fence like I was, I’d say this: sometimes the best decisions start with a little hesitation. I’m grateful I didn’t let mine hold me back. This program didn’t just meet my expectations — it completely surpassed them.

By far the best real estate community I have been a part of! Chandler and the Level Up team actual care about their clients and the results clients see. Its a group full of people who are actually doing real estate deals and all help each other out. Highly recommend if you are looking to grow your real estate business and LEVEL UP!

Hey — honestly, Chandler puts on the best events ever. This was my first time attending, and the place was great. There was a casino in the lobby and the event meeting room was also there, which was super cool because we would all meet in the lobby and go play pickleball in the morning. It was fun. There were also cool things to do nearby. We stayed close to Fremont Street in Las Vegas at the Grand Downtown Hotel. It was fun to do things outside, and being inside the event and the meetup, there were great people, lots of speakers, and plenty of networking. I really appreciated the whole experience. We learned how people were doing seven figures and above with different marketing methods like agent outreach and direct-to-seller. Honestly, it was a wealth of information. Shawn Surani, who is 22 years old, was there — he’s one of the best. He’s making $4 million a year wholesaling real estate and $2 million a year flipping. He had a lot to say about our business when we asked questions, and I really appreciated that. I think it was a great event and I would recommend it to anyone. If you’re part of the Level Up REI school group, there are recordings of past events that are phenomenal. I really recommend checking out an event, joining a skool group, or even joining the higher-tier Level Up program — it’s definitely worth the money. I could tell many people found value in the program, the connections, and the resources and materials provided. Chandler, by the way, is super good at pickleball, and he definitely needs to be studied because he looks like a real-life G.I. Joe.

Levelup is a great real estate group, community, and program. In person events were very valuable.
