I needed to return this product and it took 3 phone calls and long wait times and little in the way of response. Your customer service is awful.

Still waiting
My initial order was sent in a timely manner. However a mistake was made by Van Dykes and half the order was incorrect. It has been a month now and I am still waiting to receive the correct product. I have contacted the company twice regarding the issue but still waiting.............

Frankly I was disappointed in the quality of the handle for the amount of $23.00 that I paid for 1 handle. The quality was no where the same as the quality of handle that I have on my dresser.

The sizing was wrong on the item that I…
The sizing was wrong on the item that I ordered. I took pictures & sent it in & was told that "I measured it wrong" I told them that as they can see for the pictures that I measured it every way possible & at no time did it hit 2". Customer service was not helpful at all & basically I am out $29.00 which was overpriced for this item as well!!

We now have all new systems and all new Customer Service Representatives.
