truthfully
truthfully, they have good prodcuts, however, I have had part of my order on backorder since October 2017 and they will not respond to my emails about it. I cannot call their 800# from the US Virgin Islands since it doesn't work. Very frustrating!!

Please accept our apology, we never want to disappoint our customers or give them bad or poor service. We did currently move to the corporate office in South Carolina earlier this year in March. We now have all new systems and Customer Service Representatives and want to do everything possible to fulfill all of our customers over all experience with our company better. Horrible customer service !
Ordered something in January here it is April and I still don’t have item . Three calls to customer service no help , they just promise you answers and never get back to you ! Don’t waste your time

This website is a fraud
This website is a fraud. I placed an order for $12 and they then sent me an email saying the price was different because there was a minimum order quantity and charged me $41!!!! I am appalled. I emailed them and told them i didn't want the product and they shipped it anyway. Beware, once you give them your credit card number they will think they have green light to charge what they want. it is very scary that a merchant would do this.

Van Dyke's was in the process of…
Van Dyke's was in the process of moving. Products were on backorder. My 3 rating is for communication. A simple e-mail would have sufficed to let me know there was a problem. Can never fault their products. You can depend on the quality to meet the need.
