I ordered. I paid. 1.5 months later, no product. ...... I write nothing back. Its like setting fire to your money.

My daughter dropped the hook on the table as she was unpacking it. Van Dyke's replaced it asap, but I am concerned at the quality of the hooks since it broke so easily. It is not made of brass, just an alloy with brass finish. I have purchased from Van Dyke's many times in the past and have always been happy with the quality. Hopefully these hooks don't disappoint.

I buy a great deal of replacement parts to restore antique furniture. My recent order was on back order and I was not notified . When I called to find out the status of my order I was told of the backorder from the customer service representative . She took care of my issue and rushed the part I needed as soon as it came in from their vendor , expedited shipping at no charge . tHe only suggestion I would have is that you should be notified of a back order with s realistic release date .

Fast and great prices

I have ordered from Van Dykes for years, this time it was 6" Charlotte Pulls. They are heavy, smooth and very comfortable to the hand - no hollow backs. You can put all four fingers through this pull comfortably. I previously had Emtek pulls in my old kitchen for more than twice the price and the bronze "waxed" finish wore through. I don't expect that to happen with these. Very happy with purchase...
