No hassles, reasonable pricing, quick delivery

Good service & communication, purchase shipped to Australia relatively quickly although the rate was higher than I have paid for other US purchased. Highly recommended however.

I have been purchasing from Van Dykes for many years. As an antiques dealer , I am often in need of an odd knob, hinge, pull etc, to replace those missing from a piece of history. Van Dykes has come through for me more times than I can count!!

I ordered carriage door hardware for 5 overhead garage doors which is a lot of pieces. Van Dykes is usually quick to ship orders so after 2 weeks when I hadn’t received an email that my order had shipped I called customer service. They politely told me they didn’t have enough inventory to fulfill my order. A few days later I received most of my order and the remainder arrived a couple of weeks later.

Easy to work with super responsive with returns and dealing with breakage

The merchandise I ordered was shipped in a timely manner and was exactly as described. I have and will order again from Van Dyke's Restorers, a great company with which to do business.
