I was impressed with Customer service. But I didn't realize that my products where coming from another state and company name. My bank card was cancelled. When I realized it was Van Dykes I had to mail them a check. They where super about the mess. I'm hoping they mention where products are coming from with new customers.

We bought wall mount Spigot. We didn’t know they were two different lengths on the spout. The one we got was too long, and to buy the shorter one cost almost as much as the whole spigot
