I ordered a Stern 16 piece in December, it arrived very quickly and was very well packaged. In May on of the side plates broke in half whilst in the microwave. I contacted Vancacco, and was replied to immediately they sent out two side plates free of charge and kept me updated throughout the process. Cannot fault the beautiful product, delivery process and customer service. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful experience all around Bought the Stern set in green to supplement a favourite set I already had and it did not disappoint: Awesome colour & square shapes, such value for money - and incredible customer service both on email and delivery was faster than Amazon and all in one piece!

Fast shipping! I love the designs on this tableware set. Unfortunately one chipped already. Not sure where or how but when I took it out of the dishwasher is was chipped. Hoping it is more sturdy as I got rid of all my other stuff already :(
