I have never regretted ordering from a company more than from Valyou. Reading some of the other reviews has been comforting in the sense that I'm not alone in some of the massive inconveniences I've encountered. The biggest scam here is they do not offer refunds. I was not aware of this when making my purchase, and made my decision based on an ETA of 10/31, which was then pushed out more than a month after I had already paid in full. Absolute and total scam. The representative said "I literally don't have a button to push to refund you - sorry." I even changed my entire order to one they had in stock and ready to ship. Just got a notification that there were "more shipping delays", and I have yet to receive a new delivery date. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. Given how many people are being scammed by this company, I wonder if it's worth seeking legal action. I moved into a new house and am sick of sitting on the floor. They're stealing money from people and forcing them into purchasing their products. Who is running this place?? UPDATE 11/15 The couch was finally delivered. I wish I could say this was enough to redeem the whole experience, but it wasn’t. It’s a shame it took filing a claim with the BBB and also posting on my social media sharing about this company to get some bare minimum customer service, but alas. This is also the most uncomfortable couch I’ve ever sat on, which makes me sick that I still spent $1600 on it. I was so ready to be done with this company though, I didn’t pursue any sort of return. The escalation manager I dealt with was very nice, but all in all I still wouldn’t touch Valyou with a 10-ft pole.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I ordered the feathers sectional couch on August 13th with an estimated delivery date of 8/31. The couch did not ship until October 6th. This company is so unprofessional and run by scammers. They won’t inform you of any delays unless you reach out to them and you can only reach customer service via text. I still have yet to receive the couch as of 11/1/22. The couch is currently sitting at a delivery hub with Metropolitan Warehouse since 10/17. This delivery hub is only an hour away from my city! Metropolitan Warehouse advises that Valyou needs to release the couch in order for them deliver it. For some reason Valyou is refusing to release the couch. They are very vague on what exactly the hold up is when I contact them. Angel a rep with Valyou tells me there is a technical issue and I can expect a clear update within a week. A week goes by and no update. Nobody can provide a straight answer which gives off scammer vibes. Another Valyou rep by the name of RA tells me that there are shipping delays…my couch was already shipped! It just needs to be delivered. The delivery company literally has it! Avoid this company at all costs please! They are clearly doing something fraudulent. Update: I did speak with a representative and they proceeded to tell me that they could no longer fulfill the already shipped out order an hour away from me. They wouldn’t issue a refund and said I had to dispute the charge with my bank. SCAM COMPANY. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!!!

SCAM COMPANY! BUYER BEWARE! Ordered couch said in stock and would be delivered on 9/16/22 and I would hear soon on delivery. 9/16/22 came and went no communication. I waited a few days and nothing. I reach out and get a vague response and I should hear from someone in a few days. I then get a call from some trucking company out of New Jersey, they have my couch and need to find a driver to NC, put me on hold, then say it will be delivered in 10-8-22. Evening of 10-8-22 I get a vague email saying the couch is still in transit once they receive they will contact me for delivery. No call to day (10/28/22.) However I am getting a ton of emails from Valyria Furniture asking to review my new couch (that I haven’t gotten) when go to review page it only allows positive feedback. I contact the company and let them know I have contacted my credit card company and BBB. “They hate to see me go” and can refund all but $700 because couch was shipped, but can’t provide proof. If you text you get a Russian porn star to assist and again is vague! Worst company and I will be getting a full refund!!! Check BBB out hundreds of complaints!!!!!!

EDIT: The only time I got a call from Valyou was yesterday to ask me to remove the review! they will never bother to reach out regarding your order in any way but all they're worried about is their PR. They’ll never deliver your order. Had to cancel mine and even with that they said they can only refund it as a store credit which is worthless to me since I don’t want to do any business with them. After letting them know I’m gonna start a dispute with my credit card company and even legal action they agreed to refund to my credit card. Don’t waste ur time.

We bought the coffee table. It was delayed three weeks than expected. The product is gorgeous. Delivery team is very professional. I would like to thank Cameron and Fabian for putting it in my living room. Excellent service.

I absolutely love this company!! From start to finish the communication was 100% satisfied. We went to the grand opening on Saturday in LA ordered, delivered on Wednesday, we had one piece damaged text them they got to me so fast and Monday 10/24 we got our replacement 🙂❤️

THE ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!! Save yourself the heartache and buy somewhere else. I ordered the feather couch for $2,000 in march. Waited 4 months for the couch to get delivered. Upon delivery the couch was completely different from what I ordered. The material and color was different from what’s on their website. (Couches on their website are not what the actually send you). The back couches were barely filled. This couch was HORRIBLE!! I got my couch in July, started the process to return/xchange/refund beginning of august. When I tell you I have had the worst experience in my life!!! These people lie, they never call you back. First they offered to send me the correct couch covers then they say it’ll take another 3 months. I refused. Then they offered to send me a new couch and I never heard back for another 3 weeks. I called every single day for a week to speak to a manager and I got nothing. I literally had to verbally fight this people on the phone because they refused to refund me. When the refund finally got approved they scheduled to have the couch picked up in September. It has been a month since the couch got picked up and I still don’t have my refund. One of the managers reached out to me asking if I can receive my refund via venmo!! (The absolute lack of professionalism is beyond me) I agreed to them venmo-ing my refund. It has been a week and still no refund. DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Literally only giving 3 stars because of Anthony and albery the two men that delivered my couch this morning. The company’s customer service is awful also I thought the couch was beige when I bought it and it’s definitely white. It’s been a struggle to get in contact with anyone in the company, I have been told a million dates for delivery I had to argue and stuggle to get the insurance paper work correct and was ignored when trying to call 20 times. HOWEVER the delivery men were absolutely AMAZING. They were so sweet even when they we not told they were going to have to use the stairs after I had informed the company of this. They were so sweet and positive. Anthony and albery Are and were the only positive in buying a couch. They need a raise they were wonderful and did an amazing job setting up and unpacking.
