NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE A SCAM. I ordered a bed in September 2022 on their website it said ready for delivery. The delivery date kept on changing so after 3 months of waiting I decided to cancel the order. I tried calling them and you can't ever get a human on the phone. Everything is to be done via text message or email. After a few weeks trying to get a refund their response was... "This is **** from Valyou Furniture. Upon checking, because we don't work with the payment provider we used when you placed the order I can't process the refund. so I would recommend disputing the charge. You will be refunded via dispute process." What kind of company can't issue refunds? They take all types of payments but certainly can't deliver the product or refunds.

Just a warning if you are looking to purchase from Valyou. I ordered a living room set and a Floor Lamp in early July that was in stock and ready for delivery within 14 days. After 14 days only after i reached did i receive an email that it would be delayed another 2 months. After 2 months again i reached out to again get a response that My delivery was delayed again until late November. And yes you guessed it in Late November i was then told it would be late January. 6 months for an in stock item. They charged me on Day 1 so i dont know if this company is just a scam or if they really do sell furniture. I realized that i may not get this ever so i decided to cancel my order and asked for a refund. Well after 46 emails and another moth i still have not received my refund and noone has responded in a week. To clarify this wasnt a final sale item. I could have returned it after delivery. For some reason i cant return what i never even received. I have never experienced such poor service. Avoid this company.

This company took our money and told us our furniture would be delivered in Novemeber. Then they said it was delayed to Decemeber, before finally saying our order was canceled and that they can’t deliver to our state (Texas). When we tried to get a refund they said their refund gateway isn't accepting refunds. They said that we need to dispute the charge with our bank and they will accept that. No other way for us to get a refund. I would never trust this company again and we will see if they ever give us our refund of several thousands of dollars.

I ordered a sectional in August. It is 12/7/2022, I have still not received the couch. I have many emails and texts documenting the delays with a variety of responses from the "service" department. I did go back and order 4 dining chairs and received them relatively quickly. They are nice. With renewed confidence, I then ordered two dressers and a table that were labeled "in stock" before Thanksgiving. I have not received anything to date. I received a random email asking me to review the table, which I never actually received. Communication is getting worse. I am now very concerned because I have spent over $4,000 on items that I have not received and I can no longer access my account. It says my email address is no longer recognized. I am really hoping to receive what I ordered, but I am getting the impression that the company is imploding and I am going to have to dispute the items. I really hope that is not the case.

Do not take the risk of purchasing from Valyou Furniture!!! From reviews I have found since my initial purchase, what happened to me is extremely common with this company. If you have already purchased from Valyou, and are getting the run around like me, check with your bank to find out how long you have to decline a charge, don't let the time pass or you may never get refunded from this shady company I purchased the solid wood sectional on Oct 4, 2022, and never received it. According to the tracking number from Metropolitan Warehouse and Delivery, my couch arrived at a delivery hub in California about a week after my purchase, then sat there for 2 weeks. I called the delivery company and they referred me to call Valyou to find out why it hadn't moved. Valyou didn't really give me any explanation, but it ended up supposedly moving that evening and a week later was at a delivery hub in Indianapolis, about 2 hours from the final destination. Then it sat at that hub warehouse for 6 weeks,no movement. I called valyou weekly to get updates and was given no real answers about what was going on. I called Metropolitan and they said Valyou had to release it for delivery, whatever that means. Then, last week, when I threatened to cancel my order, I received an email response stating that due to internal issues they had to cancel my order, and get this, I have to contact my bank and decline the charge. They won't even bother to just refund my money like a normal legit business would do. So, here I am, 2+ months after purchase, waiting for my bank to deal with them to get my money back. I should also note that I was lucky I was within my banks 75 day window for declining a charge, otherwise I'm sure I would never see my money again.

Wow, I had the exact same experience as a previous reviewer. Ordered items in August, delivery estimated for end of October. Credit card charged immediately. At the end of October they said sorry but not only was delivery delayed, but they wouldn't even know what the estimated delivery would be for 12 more weeks. Needless to say I cancelled the order and requested a refund. 5 weeks later I have not received so I contacted my credit card company to dispute it. Also, I did a review of this on their website which of course has not been published. Stay away from this company, they're horrible.

If I could give them 0 stars I would…I ordered a $3k couch on 4/17/22. On their website, they stated an estimated arrival of 8/10/22. I have had several correspondences with them, every time they push back an estimated delivery date that comes and goes with no further communication. They even changed their website so I could no longer log in to check the status of my order. They take forever to respond now and require you to leave a voicemail with no response.

Placed two orders. One was over 1700.00, the other was over 2200.00. Four months, no delivery only constant promises of upcoming delivery dates. Finally cancelled and took another month to get my refund. I am not sure if this is a scam or not, but I wasted months trying to get my furniture and was told nothing but promises. Customer service did answer the phone though, thus the 2 stars.
