Ordered the Loft Sofa + 2 Ottomans in the brown vegan leather option. It's been such a game changer for our family, such a comfy and fluffy sofa. I fall asleep on this thing all the time! We're planning to order 1 more ottoman to really max out our movie watching experience. The sofa is made super well! It showed up packaged really nicely, the crew was so friendly, ON TIME (big one!), and helped set it up in the house. They were extremely professional. Going to the LA store was also a really lovely experience. It was a gorgeous showroom and the staff was so friendly. Oh, and the price point can't be beat. We looked everywhere for a beautiful sofa without the "Design Out Of Reach" price. Don't let the value discourage you or make you skeptical of quality (we almost did until we saw the sofa in person). These products are made really well! 10/10 would recommend Valyou.

I am beyond impressed with every single interaction I’ve had with the workers here. From the awesome sales person to the individual that contacted me about expediting the shipping to even the deliver guy Ryan from Inter Couriers! He was so nice and was extremely helpful! I haven’t even talked about the actual couch yet! Which I am totally obsessed with!!! It is everything I wanted in a couch! Great quality and aesthetically pleasing what else could you ask for! 😊

We absolutely love our new couch! Ralphy and John were on time, accommodating with how to move in the furniture through the complex, beyond polite and approachable, gave details about the couch while installing… honestly we could not have asked for a better delivery! The couch is incredibly comfortable and soft. THANK YOU!!

The whole process was so awesome. Text and email updates constantly and I got my couch in less than a week! It is so comfy and the material and design are gorgeous. The delivery guy Ryan was so nice and gave tons of great advice for maintenance and upkeep. Couldn’t imagine having a better experience from start to finish.

The ordering and shipping process went smoothly. The delivery as well. It comes assembled. It’s very stylish and comfy. My big concern is the height. It’s very low to the ground and makes it difficult to get off it. I didn’t see any other reviews mentioning the height and I think it should be discussed.

We couldn't be more happier with the sectional we purchased. Originally, I was worried about ordering on-line and not being able to see what the sofa looks and feels like. It has exceeded our expectations! It is stylish and super comfortable. The communication for delivery was great and customer service exceptional. I made sure that the sectional that we wanted was in stock before ordering, so there would be no delays with our delivery. We will definitely order again from Valyou Furniture.

Loved the Feathers couch and the ottoman. Very comfortable and pleasing on the eye. Material is great too! I have most products from Valyou, the Valtray and the accent chair too! Excellent products.

Extremely happy with my purchase! The Feathers Couch is amazing. The delivery was fast and the delivery guys (Ralphy and John) were amazing and very professional.
