I bought the 110 inch feather sofa. It’s amazing. And that’s an understatement. It’s extremely soft but at the same time not uncomfortable. It’s very stable. For the price, I’m shocked at the quality was so good. Most couches that are similar were over $4000. I plan to continue working with this company. Also, can I just say the customer service was incredible. Like, probably one of the best experiences I had making this purchase

The hunt for the perfect armchair has come to an end at least! I found the coziest, most comfortable chair for my reading nook. A major bonus is that the covers come off and can be washed super easily. All around best chair I’ve owned!

My wife and I were online shopping for a sectional couch, and discovered the Valyou Feathers in our search. We were impressed, yet skeptical of a 110" sectional that was priced as "low" as 2k. We figured we had nothing to lose, and pulled the trigger on the purchase. To our surprise, the shipment arrived within 3 days with a handy tracking feature. The couch was also ready to use right out of the box, just needed to remove the packaging foam. A huge plus was that they offer an option for the deliverer to drop the boxes off right in your residence (for a few). This was so helpful because I was at work and just my wife was home when it arrived. Lastly, the couch is very comfortable and our pup has made the foot end his new favorite napping spot. With little knowledge about this couch, we are so happy we trusted Valyou and couldn't be more satisfied! Bonus points on their customer service who answered some questions very promptly for us.

The whole experience was great. From customer service answering questions regarding the furniture before purchase to keeping me updated on shipping and delivery, to the wonderful delivery guy Pedro who also set up the couch in my living! The quality is well worth the price, I am in love! 10/10 would recommend!

Great couch!

Exellent customer service my experience with Valyou AMAZING! the minute I choose the couch i received great coupon the communication with associate and delivery was so professional and the couch out this world

We received our Feathers sectional w/chaise within a week of ordering it. Delivery was fast and efficient. We put it together ourselves - it took about 30 minutes from unpacking to setup and the sections go together easily. The sofa is exceptionally soft and fits our small living room perfectly. It makes relaxing in the living room a whole new experience. The sofa does sit low once you sink into it, but that's not an issue for us. The beige color is elegant.

I ordered a buy one get one free offer in October of last year. It is now July and I have not received one of the items. Representatives have been very uncommunicative and have offered absolutely no refund options; it seems because of the BOGO offer they feel I have no recourse and simply don’t get a second item. They have offered no estimates on a ship date and keep telling me to check back in a month, with no real updates. Buyer beware - you may never get your items. I am out several thousand dollars as I never received the primary item. EDIT: As the company has done for what appears to be countless 1 star reviews, they respond as if there is no “valid order” or they are attempting to find and resolve the issue. Do not be deceived!! Valyou does not actually pursue any resolution and the responses they offer on this site are all to appear like they care to resolve the issue. See many, MANY edits to reviews indicating the same. Do not let the response they give to this and other reviews suggest that they offer any actual resolution, or that these reviews are not valid because they “can’t find” an order. My email is attached to the order number, and Valyou responding saying that they cannot find the order is a blatant attempt to throw viewers off the scent and invalidate the truth of the 1 star reviews. An absolute racket with intentional deception and theft. Suggesting that the buyer “reach out directly” is insulting, as this has clearly been done 8-10 times (once or twice per month) with no resolution. The responses they offer should not be taken as any attempt to resolve.
