Valyōu FurnitureReviews of valyoufurniture.com

Reached out to the company beforehand with questions about the products. They were able to resolve all my questions. The Charm 2.0 bed frame and nightstands shipped within one week. They were very easy to assemble and so far I've been very pleased. One note is in the comparison video between the Charm and Thuma is the Charm makes a thunk sound. To date no sounds from the charm it has been very sturdy.

I have purchased furniture from Valyou before and am happy to share that the quality is still great. I was surprised to know that they are now under new ownership but I am glad that this new owner is still working hard to keep the quality alive.

The Valyou customer service has been prompt and very helpful. The new customer coupon was not working for me during checkout so I reached out to their support and they immediately sent me a working discount link. Delivery went smoothly with accurate tracking and the couch was exactly as described.

I got my sofa and it was exactly what i was expected! They even delivered it 2 weeks before! thanks

I had been looking for a couch for over a year and when I first went to Valyou’s website what I wanted was sold out. I called and sent an email asking for more details. I got a response via phone and the person was incredibly helpful and informative. I made my purchase immediately after online. I also even got a follow up email response too. If what you see isn’t in stock, message them and they’ll check to see when it’s expected to be back in, don’t assume it’s never coming back. The delivery was scheduled quickly and it arrived the day it was scheduled. Removing packaging was easy and the 5th closed sectional really is even MORE comfortable than it looks!

We had a great experience! Delivery was smooth, construction of setting up the couch was quick and easy. The couch itself if very comfortable and fits my space very well!

Items shopped fast. Arrived undamages and qualoty / comfort is excellent

I absolutely love my new sectional from Valyou Furniture! The quality is outstanding, the design is modern yet cozy, and it fits perfectly in my living space. The ordering process was smooth, delivery was on time, and the customer service team was super helpful. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase—this sectional has completely elevated my home. Highly recommend Valyou Furniture to anyone looking for stylish and comfortable pieces!”
