don't believe this company: they gave me a best price, I ordered and after the valorybooks.com cancelled it because they were decided to increase their prices, a lot of my classmates ordered the same book so they want to do a lot of money and don't care about people

I have sold my books to Valore a couple of times now and had no problems. They paid what they posted and in a timely manner. I will do business with them again.

I sold my used textbooks to Valore using the book buy back features. I mailed the books off with the free label shipping printout from Valore. Valore received my items and issued a check on October 8, 2024. I have not received the check as of today, October 25, 2024. Contacing this company by phone is impossible. No customer service at all. A piece of shit scamming company, DON"T use this book buyback service.

Ordered a textbook 2 weeks prior to class beginning. It was shipped quickly, but a tracking number wasn't provided. I inquired via email with the shipper 10 days later about the tracking. No direct response was provided, but the tracking number was in the order 2 days later. The book was delivered to the wrong city - 75 miles away. Another email was sent to the seller without response. Valore immediately refunded my money, but I'm a week behind in class and spent another $50 on Amazon with expedited delivery. Mistakes happen. I don't know who made this one, but communication is essential.

I was able to find a rare textbook and it arrived quickly!

I ordered two books. I bought one, rented the other. They shipped the same day I placed the order, and I received them within 2 business days. Both books are in excellent condition and the one I bought was $40 less than if I would have ordered it through my school. Definitely will be getting all of my books in the future from ValoreBooks!!
