I was really surprised for the condition of the book for the price! It was almost brand new; no marks on any of the pages and for such a good price :)

I was in a bind because the textbook I wanted to use for my online class was not available as an e-book. And class was starting in just a few days. I found the exact textbook at Valore for much, much less than the school was offering it for. I was outside the country, and it was shipped to a friend's home in the US, and they brought it to me. The time frame for the delivery was spot on. Now I can study.

I have used Valore throughout my undergrad and graduate education for textbook rentals and purchasing used textbooks. The textbooks arrive on time, and customer service has always been helpful and responsive, they’ve even helped issue a refund when I no longer needed a textbook. It’s important to note that sometimes the quality of the textbook or rental is not in perfect condition, because they’ve been used, marked, etc. by others. But, it doesn’t bother me because it keeps prices affordable.

Messages support today and told them i accidentally tore a page (1-2 inch tare) and I was nervous about having to pay for that damage. Customer support was so kind and helped me with the issue and said that I was fine and it was no worries about it! They also helped me with other issues as well. The book that I had received from them also came in great condition. No complaints on my side!
