I tried to cancel an order I made by mistake within 10 minutes of placing it. VV refused and repeated attempts to get it canceled were met with snotty , rude, customer service people who played a game of pretending before the order shipped. That was over two years ago and I will never buy from them again. I hope their choice of customer service is working for them. It definitely does not for me.

I ordered a fly sheet for my Arabian. With most brands he wears a medium, but for this brand it was way too big. I used the standard return procedure which is surprisingly easy. And fast! Within a few days I received the fly sheet in the right size. Happy horse, happy owner!

I do not know if Valley Vet will read this or not. They have great customer service, however their website needs a userability study and revamp. The orders do not always populate immediately, nor do they say which veterinarian is listed on approval, and this is difficult when running a rescue and having scripts in different places. There also is no "search order" feature. I would still not discourage anyone from ordering from them as they have better customer service than most. I did not notice oursourced, reading from script "bots" at all, just "spot on" staff that has real answers. The prices were competitive, selection is perfect and shipping was fast.

Product arrived quicker than expected and was exactly as shown online.They even had a promo code we could use. We were first time buyers from Valley Pet Supply and will return in the future based on our experience.

I like the Bug Lyte product. But I bought the 5 lb tub for the first time. My problem is with the packaging. This is the same manufacturer as the Remission product. Remission is packaged in a plastic bag inside a 5 lb tub. The Bug Lyte skips the plastic bag. So when I opened up the cardboard box the top of the 5 lb tub was slightly opened which means some of the product was spilled inside the box. Lesson learned: don’t buy Bug Lyte in a 5 lb tub. The smaller size comes in a screw top container. Will cost more but won’t waste any So again product is good, packaging is terrible for mail order. Those boxes get tossed around in process.

Everything was shipped amazingly quick! But I was very bummed bc my one pack of egg cartons have a ton that are all dirty. I am selling eggs to customers but I am having to throw some cartons out bc I can't give those to people.

Today is the 18th of May, I received Snoopy’s medication yesterday, 2 weeks after Valley Vet sent it “priority Mail”.
