Great prices on medicine and vaccines. I ordered toys to get free shipping. Website is very very misleading. They show 6 toys and no where does it specify you just get one. Messaged after I received my order and was told that it stated "TOY" not "TOYS". Supposedly I should have been able to know this and put in a comment section what animal I wanted. I thought the reply was a bit rude. Might have thought they would have understood how it looks to a new customer and hopefully make changes.

Very happy with valley vet supply. Not happy with the product i ordered. The fly collars ripped in half with in 4 days.

Package was received at the post office friday afternoon. the post office does not make it ready for pickup til the next day and they are closed on saturday and sunday so I couldnt pick it up till .. Monday morning. the result was the vaccine wasnt even cool. Dont know if it still viable...smmmmmhh

It’s upsetting to see the cost of my dog’s medicine doubled overnight from $45 to $85. The American people continue to get the pinch while manufacturers experience their highest profit margins in U.S. history. There is no end to the greed. In this case, they know this medicine isn’t optional and that we’ll pay exorbitant prices to provide it for our animals. It’s extortion. While i do understand the manufacturer is driving this cost change and not Valley Vet Supply, it is still very upsetting. VVS has always provided us great care in the past and this is very off brand for them.

The ad on the web page said “Sale $68.++.” What it really meant was “selected sizes on sale.” I called because every time I tried to purchase (the Ariat work boots) the sale price went away. I called SmartPak during non working hours and the person who I talked to did not know the answer either. She said someone would call during regular working hours. They called and explained the problem. (only selected sizes on sale, mostly very small sizes) I bought the boots at regular price because I needed them.

I was not able to upload the prescription. I was told that was not possible. Waiting on the doctor’s office to verify the prescription caused unnecessary delays.

Jeans fit well when I tried them on but they shrunk in the wash. I ordered them because they came in long sizes so I am a little disappointed as the shrinkage was most noticeable in the length. The fabric is really soft and they are very comfortable. My daughter likes them so I passed them down to her.

The quality of the cotton wool was not as good this time,it was a lot thinner.
