Valley Vet SupplyReviews of valleyvet.com

On time again

excellent product works fast.

Great service & fast shipping.

my honest opinion for this particular order exp. is influenced by a website issue, took me a long time because it kept switching things on me phone calls, couple, told me there was computer issue. in all of this the items shipped to my old address, when I have gotten recent shipments to my new address. but the icing on the cake was the poor customer service in attempting to resolve the fact that my package was 150 miles away. there should have been a solution, (favoring the customers convienennce)offered. there was not. there is strong competition in retail for customers. and service is key. you failed.

Valley vet supply has a great selection. They always get stuff sent quickly. The deal directly on refills with my vet. They are the best veterinary supply place I have ever dealt with and with absolutely no hassle.

Quick shipping, reasonable price, great product!

I have not used the dehorner yet but it is the same one used by my vet so I'm sure it will work just fine. Valley Vet was very helpful when it came to ordering and it arrived when they indicated it would be here.

Love the clippers. Order was prompt and arrived quickly in good condition.
