Arrived very quickly.

It’s upsetting to see the cost of my dog’s medicine doubled overnight from $45 to $85. The American people continue to get the pinch while manufacturers experience their highest profit margins in U.S. history. There is no end to the greed. In this case, they know this medicine isn’t optional and that we’ll pay exorbitant prices to provide it for our animals. It’s extortion. While i do understand the manufacturer is driving this cost change and not Valley Vet Supply, it is still very upsetting. VVS has always provided us great care in the past and this is very off brand for them.

I ordered medicine in the wrong form - I got paste instead of pills. I could not return the paste because it was a prescription. This was pretty costly. I paid extra for over night shipping but I didn't get the medicine for several days.

ValleyVet provides competitive price for the medication needs of beloved pets. Once you have the prescription lodged with them, refill is easy and quick. They are also responsible in making sure orders arrive in good condition, else they are quickly replaced. My only hope is they have some kind of loyalty points for customers or more coupons for existing customers. It will help customers to remain as loyal clients knowing they are cherished while their pets care are taken cared of.

The web site is easy to navigate. I always receive my orders very quickly. There is a nice range of product to choose from.

customer service was fine but the item I bought was completely worthless. This no-jump harness is a total joke. falls right off, even though I followed the instructions perfectly.
