The lid on the bottle of Safeguard was not screwed on properly and some of the contents had leaked out into the packing material.

I have never had any problems, with quality or service , of Valley Vet! I do have a problem, with fed ex delivery service, when they throw the packages out at end of my driveway, instead of bringing them to my house! If I hadn’t had tracking info, my package would probably have walked off, as it was within 20 feet of the main road!

I have been a customer of Valley Vet for several years. Delivery is always fast, and if there's a problem they immediately contact me.

Great service with the order but where the problem came in was in the sizing. This same model of jeans and size should have fit my grandson but was about 3-4 inches too small to button the waist band. I am returning the three pair of jeans for a refund by UPS. Thank you and I hope the great customer service continues.
