Vet didn't get the faxed request from Valley Pet...took a call to the Vet and Valley Pet to work it out, after that no problem. We've been using Valley Pet for regular meds the past three years without any big issues at all.

I received this order for Meloxidyl fine and I like this product. I recently placed an order for Proin and wrote to complain that the packet of dessicant was spread throughout the bottle and looked as if it was cut prior to being placed and sealed in the bottle. I have not yet received a response from Valley Vet regarding this issue.
