I did order a set of Hoof Boss hoof trimmers. Received a small box but it was an accessory for something?? I called & it’s been a week with still no confirmation of processing my order correctly. I’ve called 3 times already; hope I don’t have to call again Monday. I’ve never had an issue before 😞

After a price increase on eye medications for my two cocker spaniel boys, I decided it was time to find another source and Valley Vet Supply is the place I chose! I compared prices on the meds my boys need on a daily basis to control their glaucoma after cataract surgery and found that Valley Vet Supply is the most reasonable on Timolol and Dorzolomide, even a better price with a subscription and automatic shipping! I highly recommend Valley Vet Supply, their customer service team answered all of my questions quickly and I received the meds I needed lightening fast and no extra charge for what some sites say "overnight shipping" is necessary...not at Valley Vet Supply. They have two new patients for life! Thanks Valley Vet Supply for the great price, service and shipping!

Valley Vet Supply did a great job sending me exactly what I ordered, and at the date they promised. I'll use them over and over.

Really easy to order as Valley Vet contacted my vet to get the RX. Customer Service was very friendly Unfortunately the order then got placed in limbo as Valley Vet did not contact us to let us know the vet only approved a 90 day supply as opposed to the 180 day we were hoping for. After a week when we called to check status we found that out and then things moved forward. Not sure if we'd ever seen the order if we hadn't called to track it down.
