I ordered a personalized halter for my horse. A few days before I received the item, I received a call from VVS. The representative was professional; she explained to me that the overlay thread color that I chose was the same color as the overlay and that perhaps the halter would look better with a contrasting color. She was right, and I was pleased with the halter, and the service!
