Valley Vet SupplyReviews of valleyvet.com

I have never had a problem with Valley Vet Supply. They are very helpful.

received promptly and accurately

I received one of the items with my order but the other item was included. When I inquired from a customer service rep via chat where the missing item was she said she would look into the issue and have someone contact me. I was never contacted but looked later at my status and noticed that the item in question was on back order. As this was supposed to be a gift and passed the expected date I cancelled the other item. The cancellation was quick and easy and the customer service rep was very helpful when cancelling. Just would have like more communication on an item that never showed up.

Ordering was quick and easy, all was in stock and arrived promptly. Two thumbs up!!

The shopping experience was great. I ordered USDA 840 EID Tags and a tagger. I haven’t had a calf to tag yet, so I can’t comment on it. These are custom made, based on your premise ID, but it arrived quicker than I expected.

excellent transaction, fast shipping!

Very positive experience, easy purchase and quick shipping and delivery. Item as ordered and carefully packaged. Would not hesitate to order again!

Site navagation and purchase was easy, order arrived timely and as accurately. Size description on the Davis Sheep/Goat boot would have been helpful, something like the Woof Wear horse theraputic boot size chart supplies is excellent.
